Grégory JOSEPH

Research and Learning Specialist

Holding a PhD in Sociology, Grégory is a researcher specializing in female entrepreneurship and a gender consultant. He has extensive experience in West and Central Africa, particularly the Sahel region, and has collaborated on numerous projects regarding gender and women's empowerment, and the protection of children and youth, working with public and private institutions in Senegal as well as international organizations.

He possesses proven skills in qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and interpretation, intersectional and gender-transformative approaches, monitoring and evaluation, and the drafting of consultancy reports.

As a trainer, he supports the integration of gender issues into public policies, development programs, and projects. His current research focuses on female entrepreneurship, gender, masculinity, and gender-based violence.

At Bantare Impact Group, he designs and implements research activities (literature reviews, methodological tool development, data collection and analysis, drafting technical deliverables), and conducts and reviews reports, analytical briefs, and other knowledge products. Additionally, he supports the design and facilitation of capacity-building activities (workshops, training sessions, working groups), provides technical assistance for the planning and execution of ongoing projects, participates in technical meetings with partners and stakeholders, and contributes to internal capitalization processes and technical proposal development.
